From The Board
Howdy neighbors,
March rolled through with longer days, greener lots, and plenty of momentum here at Lone Star Ridge, and as your Board, we’ve been focused on strengthening communication, improving community upkeep, and ensuring every landowner feels informed and heard.
Our goal is simple: to build a community we’re proud to call home.
Sincerely,
Your Board

Community Conduct
Mindful Driving
To protect community safety and preserve our limestone roads, the Property Owners Association recommends a maximum speed of 35 MPH, as advised by our road maintenance vendor.
Driving behaviors that cause damage – such as excessive acceleration, donuts, or spinning tires – will not be tolerated. If observed, the Board will issue a formal notice to the responsible lot owner.
Lot owners are financially responsible for any repairs resulting from damage caused by household members or guests.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in maintaining safe conditions and protecting our shared infrastructure.

Piney Woods Spotlight 🕯️
The Legend of the Caddo Twins
A Caddo chief once stood at a crossroads, faced with choosing which of his twin sons would carry on his legacy. Instead of choosing one, he chose both, sending one west to what is now Nacogdoches, Texas, and the other east to Natchitoches, Louisiana, to build something of their own.
What followed wasn’t just separation; it was expansion.
The Piney Woods, with its dense forests and winding rivers, shaped both paths. And over time, this land became more than a place; it became a crossroads of trade, culture, and story.
Even now, East Texas carries that same spirit: rooted, resilient, and always growing.

THANK YOU!
Thank you for being part of this community. Your cooperation, communication, and care help make this neighborhood a place we are proud to call home.
Every road we maintain, every conversation we have, and every improvement we make is shaping the future of Lone Star Ridge.
